Introduction to Amines
Amine is a type of organic compound that contains a nitrogen atom bonded to one or more alkyl or aryl groups. They are derivatives of ammonia (NH3) where one or more hydrogen atoms are replaced by these groups.
When an alkyl group (R) replaces a hydrogen atom in ammonia (NH3), the resulting compound is called an amine
